This is what we are making:
The image used in this example is 'Jaynaece and Sephranaena' by Alien Rose

You will Need:
PSP. I have created this in PSP X but it should work in earlier and later versions
A graphic
Filter Factory Gallery A
DSB Flux
Penta Colour Dot (optional)
Filters Unlimited 2 (optional)
20-20 Mask. Find it Here (Download Directly into your PSP Mask Folder. It will show when you re-open PSP)
Here is what you do:
This image is created larger than necessary as resizing minimises any jaggies created by the warp feature.
1. When choosing your graphic try and choose one that is as square as possible or one that will easily crop into a square shape. Open your chosen image in PSP and adjust as necessary.
2. Image/Resize. Resize to 225 x 225 pixels or as near as you can get it to these measurements
3. Layers/Load/Save Mask/Load 20-20 mask using the following settings:

4. Layers/Merge/Merge Group and minimise the image until later.
5. File/New/open a new image 500 x 500 pixels raster transparent.
6. Materials Palette/Select the following colours: #f6a018 for your foreground and #fdfc9f for your background. (We have used these colours before in a tutorial and they will not show when your frame is completed)
7. Materials Palette/Foreground Colour/Gradient/Foreground-Background using the following settings:-Angle 45/Repeats 3/Invert CHECKED/Style Radial/Centre Point Horizontal and Vertical 50

9. Null your background colour by clicking on the
icon under the colour box.
10. Holding down the shift key and beginning a little way in from the top left corner of your open image drag out a circle 400 x 400 pixels. Watch the measurements on the bottom left of your screen.
11. Objects/Align/Center in Canvas.
12. Layers/Convert to Raster Layer
13. Effects/Geometric Effects/Pentagon/Edge Mode Repeat
14. Effects/Distortion Effects/Warp using the following settings: Horizontal 0/Vertical 100/Size 64/Strength - (minus) 100

You should now have this:

15. Eraser Tool using the following settings: Size 32/Hardness 100/Step 5/Density 100/Thickness 100/Rotation 0/Opacity 100. Use a square or circle whichever you prefer and carefully remove the two oval shapes at the bottom of the image being careful not to clip the pendant.

Now your image should look like this:
