To begin.
1. Open a new transparent canvas 1035 wide x 770 high.
2. View/Ruler
3. Using your Selection tool with the settings as shown, starting in the top left corner, drag a selection 50 pixels wide across the top of your canvas.

4. Repeat the process, starting from the same point and dragging a 50 pixel selection down the side from top to bottom. The two should combine to make one selection.

5. You can now go to View and turn off the ruler.
6. Minimize your image and open your tube. Duplicate twice and close the original.
7. Minimize one copy of your tube and leave the other open in your workspace and complete the following steps.
8. Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tile at default.

21. We are now going to create the inner border.
22. With your pen tool left click in the top left inner corner of your border. Note the x and y numbers at the bottom right of your screen. The should say something like x:70 and y:70.
23. When you click a little box should appear.
24. Now move your cursor to the top right corner of your inner border and note the numbers again. They should say something like x:1034 or 1035 and you need to move the cursor until you get the y number to 70. The same as the starting point the other side. Left click and your line should join and be filled with your pattern and because you matched the numbers the line will be straight. I have shown this example in black to make it more visible.

25. Layers/Convert to Raster Layer
26. Now we need to repeat the process down the inner side.
27. With your pen tool find the same starting point in the top left inner corner x:70 y:70
28. Left Click.
29. Move to the bottom until you find the x:70 point (your y should be something like 769.)
30. Left click.
31. Layer/Convert to Raster Layer
32. Shut down the bottom layer by clicking on the eye and Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.
33. Re-open your bottom layer.
34. Still working on your merged layer Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel/Same setting as before.
35. Layer/Duplicate
36. Effects/Distortion Effects/Wave at the following settings.

37. Layers/Arrange/Send to bottom.

46. Edit/Paste as New Layer
47. Layers/Arrange/Bring to top.

51. Layers/Merge/Merge all flatten.

53. Using the Magic Wand Select the border and flood fill with your pattern.
54. Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel using the same settings.
